CARE (Collaborative Autonomous Reflective Enterprise). Governance philosophy for enterprise AI. Defines the Dual Plane Model: the Trust Plane (accountability, values, boundaries) belongs permanently to humans; the Execution Plane is shared with AI operating within five constraint dimensions. Introduces the Mirror Thesis and the Constrained Organization model.

EATP (Enterprise Agent Trust Protocol). Makes trust cryptographic, not contractual. Every autonomous action carries an Ed25519-signed decision record tracing through a chain to the human who authorized it. Five elements, five constraint dimensions, five trust postures. Version 2.2 adds structured reasoning traces with confidentiality classification.

CO (Cognitive Orchestration). Domain-agnostic methodology for making institutional knowledge machine-readable. Eight principles, five-layer architecture, three failure modes (amnesia, convention drift, safety blindness). Seven domain applications exist.

COC (CO for Codegen). CO applied to software development. Reference implementation of the five-layer architecture. Addresses vibe coding failure modes with 50+ specialist agents, framework-aware skills, and automated enforcement hooks.

The Constrained Organization. An organisational model for enterprise AI governance integrating CARE, EATP, and CO. Case study of the Terrene Foundation as a self-hosting implementation. Formal analysis using Laffont-Tirole regulatory frameworks.

PACT (Principled Architecture for Constrained Trust). Organisational grammar for accountability at institutional scale. The D/T/R model (Department, Team, Role) gives every person and AI agent an unambiguous organizational address. Constraint envelopes tighten through delegation chains. Knowledge clearance operates independently of rank. Working Architecture status; promotion criteria defined in Section 15 of the thesis.
