Transparency is a constitutional obligation of the Terrene Foundation (Clause 60), not a discretionary practice. This page reports governance decisions, financial stewardship, and specification development progress. Where information is absent, the absence is stated explicitly.

Governance phase

- No external funding has been received. Phase 1 operations are self-funded by the founder.
What is reported
Section titled “What is reported”- Governance decisions: Board resolutions, policy changes, and constitutional amendments (if any)
- Financial stewardship: How the Foundation’s resources are used, including any grants received or disbursed
- Specification progress: Development status of CARE, EATP, and CO specifications, including version releases and public review periods
- Software releases: Major releases of Foundation-maintained open-source software
- Contributor activity: Summary of contributions, without compromising individual privacy
Reporting cadence
Section titled “Reporting cadence”During Phase 1 (Seed), reports are published as significant milestones are reached. A regular cadence (quarterly or semi-annual) will be established when Phase 2 begins, triggered by either 10 Committer Members or the first Corporate Sponsorship (Clause 76).
What is not yet reported
Section titled “What is not yet reported”The following areas are not yet reported because the activity has not occurred:
- Board resolutions: No formal board resolutions beyond incorporation have been passed.
- Financial statements: No revenue, grants, or disbursements have occurred. Phase 1 is self-funded.
- Specification versioning: CARE, EATP, and CO specifications are published but have not undergone a formal versioned release cycle with public review periods.
- Contributor activity: No external contributors beyond the founder as of March 2026.
